Part 2 -Comparing difference from a Main Worksheet with other worksheets in workbook
Hello all, including ssaqibh,

Here's an edited version of that question:
The solution from the above question is working fine.
Here's the formula that was provided and worked (slight edit made by me to reflect specific WorkPage and column)
With the above formula I'm getting 1's and 0's, which is good and what I want.
However on a current file I am getting 1.s 2's and even 3's. No zeros.
Can someone explain what the 2, & 3's mean (I have a feeling it means more than 1 matching record was found.)
But want to be sure if my assumption is correct.
Thanks!

Here's an edited version of that question:
Hello I have a mailing list in a workbook with a master list on Sheet1
I also have Sheet2 of that same master list.
Not all of the mailing list has been copied onto Sheet1. I want to find out which ones are missing.
Only 1 column needs to be "Matched" and that would be street address on column j, Sheet2.
The solution from the above question is working fine.
Here's the formula that was provided and worked (slight edit made by me to reflect specific WorkPage and column)
=countif(Sheet1!j:j,j2)+countif(Sheet2!j:j,j2)
With the above formula I'm getting 1's and 0's, which is good and what I want.
However on a current file I am getting 1.s 2's and even 3's. No zeros.
Can someone explain what the 2, & 3's mean (I have a feeling it means more than 1 matching record was found.)
But want to be sure if my assumption is correct.
Thanks!
