Would it be possible to display the data in the 'output' sheet from question:
in graphical format on the 'Charts' sheet

I have imported a new set of data as the previous set was not particularly helpful as it was mostly all teh same choices. I upload the file for you here, it seems there is an issue with the transition from import to output. The 'new' data is not displaying in the correct format in Col A and this is having a knock-on to the other columns.
