Good Day, 
 
We have an Infopath form with a checkbox list of items. For example 
 
Monday 
Tuesday 
Wednesday 
Thursday 
 
There is an automated email that is generated when this form is completed that works peoperly but the layout just isn't right. This is whats happening: 
 
If Monday and Thursday were checked it would appear like this in the email: 
 
Monday 
 
 
Thursday 
 
How can you get rid of any spaces and keep the listed items in the email together?

How to remove spaces in a list of  an Infopath generated email.

Microsoft InfoPath is a software application for designing, distributing, filling and submitting electronic forms containing structured data. The product features a WYSIWYG form designer in which the various controls (e.g. textbox, radio button, checkbox) are bound to data, represented separately as a hierarchical tree view of folders and data fields. All the data stored in InfoPath forms are stored in an XML format.
