Browse All TopicsI am creating an InfoPath form that will be used to create a questionaire. I have a list of the topics and questions in an Access database and the form will be accessible through SharePoint. The issue is that some individuals who use this form will want questions to be open-ended, and others will want a likert scale with a place for comments. Right now I'm stuck. Do I need to develop two forms and include a radio button that will format the questions as either likert or open-ended? This is my maiden voyage into InfoPath so assume I know nothing!

You could put a true / false boolean field which would toggle between. Include the data fields for both but just use them based on the selection.
I would really recommend SQL over Access if you are doing any enterprise /Sharepoint deployment as it will perform much batter and be easier to maintain.
