can you create a email form to submit to sharepoint form library

I need to create a form template that can be sent out in an email to our users and once they have filled the form out and clicked submit/send and the data submits to a Sharepoint Forms document library. does any one know a way to do this? i can create the form in InfoPath and then attach it as an attachment but then i am relient on the user opening the attachment which i know not all users will do. so ideally i would like the form in the body of the email
