Try just making that OU exempt from all policies and just add the one you want to that OU. Make sure to run gpupdate /force on all of the ones that changed.

Browse All TopicsWe have a policy that locks out the computers on our domain after 10 minutes of inactivity. I support users who are sick and work from home and this policy was supposed to be diabled because their computers are in an OU that shouldn't have this policy activated. I just delivered new computers to these people and found out that someone activated this policy up in that OU by mistake. How can I remove this lockout policy from their computers? They are not on our network when they are working from home so they don't get any of our scripts to update policies. This policy is useless to them.

I had already placed them in the OU before delivering the computers.
