Automatically Start Animation
When I copy one of the timers into my own slide I have to click on the timer to initiate it.
In addition when the next slide opens the I still have to click to initiate the next timer.
I've been playing with the "start with previous" and "start after previous" with some success,
but this means changing every element of an animation.
So, how can I paste in an animation and have start automatically without editing?
Perhaps a VBA trigger?

I just realised that I can reset all the timings en-masse!
Is there a VBA solution?

I was about to say that you can set the properties for animations all at once.
For VBA, I will have a play and post something back.

Which timer set are yo using because I tried the above solution with the first set [60] on slide 4 and the animation delays were retained?
ASKER
I used the first set of round cream timers (slide 4).

Confirmed .... Every time I drag them up, the all delays go to zero.

I'll try it with a fresh one.

I got it working - thanks
Do you have a VBA solution?
I'll ask another question immediately if you do.

As of now, yes I do :-)
Tested for the first shape stack on slide 4 only.

This has the unfortunate side effect of setting all the timer delays to zero.
It takes another couple of minutes to reset all the timer delays from zero back to one second.
I got this far before.
