PowerPoint 2007 font spacing/formatting appearance

I have a PowerPoint 2007 pptx slideshow that looks fine on my machine, others as well. But one user of PPT 2007 opens the file and a few of the slides don't look right. The font in some text boxes is higher than it should be, so it gets cut off when you view the Slideshow.

All have Office Enterprise 2007 SP1 installed. All have default settings for office, same screen resolution.
It's also a standard font, Arial size 10. No special colors/formatting.

Any ideas? I can't imagine why some slides look different between machines of the same setup.
I tried removing and re-installing PowerPoint but that didn't help.
