Browse All Topicshi, I'd like to print my powerpoint presentation with 3 slides per page, and my notes next to each. In other words, it should look like the "3 slides handout" view, but instead of blank lines next to each slide, my notes should appear.

Yes, you must use Send to Word for this. In PPT 2003, use File | Send to Word. In 2007, use Office Button | Publish | Create Handouts in Word.Choose the Notes Next to Slides option; it shows 2 slides with notes, but in reality you get 3 slides with notes to the side.

I recommend that you check the option for Paste Link in that dialog, and then in Word, break the links. The file sizes are large, but they will be a little smaller this way.
