What are minimum Resource Requirements for Project Server Enterprise

My company is asking me to add multiple apps to a single EMC VIrtual Machine,with  2 GB of Ram, Dual Processor on a 1955 Dell Blade, the apps, Project Server Enterprise,  Live Communcator, Live Meeting, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print Server, Peach Tree, Audit Program, RSS, Crystal Reports, and Trend IWSS. I am concerned that this should be on a minimum of two maybe three VM's instead of one. What are the recommended resources for this kind of an app load. Company is approx. 250 users Thanks.
