How do I re-link Issues, Risks, & Project Documents to a project after migrating from Project Server 2003 to 2007

We have done a migration from Project Server 2003 to Project Server 2007, following all the recommended steps.
The migration completes successfully. The problem we are facing, is when we try to go to Issues or Risks from the Project Center, it gives a Page cannot be found error. If we select Go To Documents it opens the respective page.
Another issue, is when you select a project in Project Center, to view the Project Details - you can not open a document linked to a specific task when you click on the document's icon in the indicators column.
You get the following error:
List does not exist.
The page you selected contains a list that does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.

We tried running the project re-link tool several times, but it was to no avail.Start Free Trial
