Project 07 Work vs Duration and correctly calculating duration while estimating Work.

I have setup three resources with 100% utilization and a calendar of eight working hours per day. From this I have three columns for Work, Duration, and Type. The work contains 2 hours for a meeting with three people . If I assign Work to two hours and Type field to  Fixed Work, the duration should calculate, but does not. The value of duration is .08 days but should be W / U = D.

I do not understand why this does not work and why the duration should not be W * U.Start Free Trial
