Create a new Project on Project server 2003

Hello all,

I am new to MS Project Server 2003 and it was a very urgent requirement for one of my clien.I managed to install MS Project Server 2003 on a Server and MS project Enterprise on a workstation....connections seems to be ok and runs with sql 2000

I would like to know how to create projects and publish in the server, check in, check out,resources,status reports etc.......
What is the best practice for Project server 2007...... please send me some urls also to refer some useful documents and guides....
