Removing like #'s from a list
I have a list of #'s (12345) in column A. However I have Repeat #'s and need to get rid of them. How do I get rid of the repeat #'s so I'm left with only one # for each time it appears in the list?

To get unique values from a column use this little trick:
If you haven't got a label at the top (in this case A1), insert a row at the top to give you room to put a value representing a label in there. The label can be anything (e.g. "TestLabel"). Then go to menu Data, select Advanced Filter..., then in the dialog box have 'Copy to another Location' selected and also 'Unique records' selected. List Range should be the column A (select the column on the sheet to give you the range when you have focus in that box), Criteria Range should be A1 (i.e. the label range) and copy to should be B1. In column B1 there should be the unique values of Column A.
