The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Excel 2000 spreadsheet printing to PDF

I am having a problem converting a large Excel spreadsheet to PDF.  I am using Adobe Acrobat 4.05c and Distiller but the pages are breaking incorrectly.  Normally to print there is an exisiting print macro that is run and I even tried replacing the printer line there with the Adobe PDF printer but it bombed.  My VBA is marginal at best so perhaps the syntax was incorrect.  Any ideas how to fix the macro or get Adobe to work properly.  I chekced the Adobe site and followed the help documents there using Distiller, but it would not print.  The goal is to distribute a printable copy of the Excel sheet via e-mail.  Now we just send the entire sheet as is and people can view it, but not print it.  It is very large, approx. 12 pages hard copy or area A1:CF114.  Any ideas are very appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
