  • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Normal.dot problem in Word

I am getting an error message in Word 2000 about half the time I open the application.

Something about the "normal.dot" template being in use. I also get a Windows must close program exception about half the time I close word. I think these problems may be related.

I reinstalled Word. Still, same problem. How do I reset the defaults for the norma.dot thing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
