Code execution has been interrupted - Word 2000

We have approximately 250 users on our network. Last week, one user was having problems running our macros - she would receive the above error message. We couldn't resolve the issue, so we gave her a new PC this morning. The macros ran fine for a couple hours, now she's receiving the same error message. She even gets it when accessing some menu items in Word (i.e., Tools, AutoCorrect).

I have:

deleted normal.dot
deleted *.tmp files
deleted Word data key in registry
set macro security to low

Although against policy, she did admit she downloaded some internet wallpaper. The other 249 users don't have this problem, so I'm assuming it's something she's doing...maybe the wallpaper? However, we couldn't locate any wallpaper programs that had been installed. We are currently reghosting the machine AGAIN. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
