The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Template lock gets greyed out and client can not edit

I have a client that created a template and once in a while she goes back to it to edit soem information to fit some information needs, bu it seems that for some reason now, she can not unlock it in order to edit it, what do you think could of happened, before she could go into it and unlock, edit it and then lock it again, now is greyed out and can not edit it. What steps do you think I should take in order to make this thing work, I have tried saving as, but it keeps doing the same thing, I have gone inot the propewrties to check the attributes and everything seems to be ok,  but at this point I don't know waht else to try. PLEASE HELP!
