How to change our computers to store Outlook info on server instead of each local workstation

We have 30+ workstations with 98, 2000 and XP.   Our Exchange server is Windows NT 4.0.   We'd like to have all Outlook info stored on server instead of the individual workstations.   Is there a quick guide to changing each from local to server?   (I know the 98's and the NT are going soon . . . but still want to do this.)
