Hi,
I have a customer who is using Microsoft Office. Everytime they open a document in Excel and try to close it (even if they make no changes), a dialog comes up saying "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close".
I have examined the event log and found this:

Hopefully this will shed some light as I am baffled.
Incidentally, though this should not affect it, the customer is using Citrix over Terminal Services to run a desktop session
