Error 1309

Error 1309. Error Reading from file:
C:\Pfiles\MSOffice\Office\1033\MSOHELP.CHM
Verify that the file exists and thatn you can access it.

This is the error message I get whenever opening a software application called PDFCreator. Basically it allows you to turn word docs and such into PDF files.  I presume this is an office related problem however, as I've tried reinstalling this program and still the same error its Microsoft Offcei 2000 that is reporting the error.

The files do not exist - neither does the directory C:\Pfiles.  This is interesting, as we have the same piece of software on other PC's and they too are without this directory.  So why is it looking for files there?
