How do I create an administrative install point for Office 2007 Pro Plus?

We have open licensing and never had a problem with previous versions using the setup.exe /a
Now MS has changed the handling method again to confuse the heck out of all of us for there amusement.
I have created a folder on a shared drive with the appropriate permissions.  The path will be \\matech\Office\Office2007
Can somebody walk me through the method?  I created the appropriate answer file using setup.exe /admin and placed the file into the office2007 directory above.

I haven't done this myself... yet... but have been prepering to and have found this reference.
