The Word 2007 "send to mail recipient" button on greyed out.

The Word 2007 "send to mail recipient" button on greyed out on quick-access toolbar.  We have previously tried matching the "Windows Messaging Subsystem" registry entries to no avail.  This seems to be a pretty common issue with no known fixes.  Any ideas out there?Start Free Trial
