The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Excel 2007 'Selected Items' contrast color change

Hi Experts

I have installed Office 2007 and have a question regarding Excel 2007. I would like to configure Excel 2007 so that the 'selected items' color is a contrasting color to the actual worksheet. I am struggling to see the light blue on blue selected items and would like to find out if there is a way of changing this. I have found how to change the color 'scheme' to either blue, silver or black but this does not help becuase the 'selected items' change to suite to selected scheme and still remain to light for me to clearly see. i'd like the 'selected items' color to be more of a contrast to the actual worksheet. Is this possible?
