Office 2007 error message

Hey, I can't seem to be able to get rid of that error message.  The message pops up when opening and closing excel documents.  I have gone through the registry and removed all entries, and checked the xlstart folders and did not see anything related to it (though I did see other files).  We recently upgraded to Office 2007 from 2003, and also use a product called PPC tools, and a PPC tickmarks addin.  Any and all assistance is welcomeStart Free Trial
