I moved Outlook PST file to another computer. I cannot get contacts to work properly

I moved a huge pst file from Outlook 2007 to another computer with Outlook 2003. It sees both the messages and the contacts on 2003 BUT it does not allow rules to work NOR does it "see" contacts withen I click "To:" when making new email, but I see the contacts when I click contacts view?
I imported the entire pst file as well as copied it over with identical results.
I ahve done thsi amny times before with postive results. This is not teh case here and i need someone to please help.Start Free Trial
