How do I retrieve Infopath Form Template from MOSS 2007?

I currently have a form uploaded to a document library in MOSS 2007. I need to modify one of the fields but I cannot find the original form on my desktop. Is there anywhere I can go in MOSS, whether in the interface or Central Admin, and redownload the form to update, then republish?
