Working with Tables and Headers in Word

Asked by marts0923 in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word

I am working with headers and tables in Word. The header contains a table. The body text of the document is also a table (let's call it Table X) with one column and two rows. Also, I have inserted a page break after Table X. The general idea really is the first page contains the header and the first set contents for Table X, then the second page contains the header again and the second set of contents for Table X, and so on.

Sometimes, the entries in Table X are very long that the text spills over to the next page. When the text continues to the next page, I DON'T want the header to appear in that continuation page.

Any ideas? Thanks!Start Free Trial
