I have got a user using office 2007 enterprise. we use an in-house program that opens an email template from a word document as an email and loads the To: from the database.
This process works fine for all users accept her. Instead of opening the Outlook new email window in keeps opening the micorsoft word window and tries to edit the template.
It works fine on all other users machines. I'm veru confused by it. I think its one of her Office settings (Outlook, Word) that is opening the document like that. Do you have any ideas of a way to stop this happeneing?
