I cannot uninstall/repair the installation

I recieve this 512263.MAINSP2op.msp  error when I try to do anything with office.  I have tried the solutions on this page already http://www.experts-exchange.com/Applications/MS_Office/Q_21310984.html and they do not work.  I have also tried running a system restore and that has had no effect so far on this error.
