When Outlook is open, the user starts to create new email messages. However when he browses other windows on his computer, then wants to return to the email he was writing, he expects to see it grouped with the Outlook taskbar item, yet its not their and its actually grouped with the Word taskbar items.
He wants to use Word as the email editor but would like to have the messages grouped under outlookt taskbar. Is this possible?
