MS Office 2007 How to alter the color of the title bar for all applications

The Office 2007 color scheme has a darker bar that is not the title bar.
Call it being accustomed, or just good ergonomics, i would prefer my optical attention to be grabbed by a more contrasty/darker bar to grad onto when in a hurry (i'm always in a hurry!)

any thoughts, or is it set for life. The color schemes didn't seem to do much, black is the best tradeoff.
Just wondering if there's a template somewhere, or a registry setting.
