Count function

Hello Experts,

How do I use the count funtion in a formula to indicate how many rows to go down?  For example (see attached sheet) I want to spread the total amount (cell Y24) by the % of totals of 2006 and 2007.  So in this case, I have 4 months of data in 2008...so I want to only take June-Dec of 2006 and 2007.  To get to the % spread for June I would take the sum of jun 2006 and june 2007 and divide by the totals of jun-dec 2006 and june-dec 2007.  Then for July, I would do the same formula but the sum totals would be july-dec for 2006 and 2007(see column AE).Start Free Trial
