Can not completely uninstall Office XP or SP 3

I have a copy of Office XP installed on a Citrix Applications server that isn't working correctly (Server 2003 and PS 4.5). So I need to uninstall the program and reinstall it. I'm able to uninstall Office XP from Add and Remove Programs. I also delete all the program files from the computer. After reinstalling the program it will not let me install SP 3, with the error that says that it is already installed. After the re installation of the program it still has the same problems and errors.

I've been able to re-create the same problem with uninstalling on a different computer with the Windows XP OS, so I don't think it is an operating system related problem.

Is there anyway to completely uninstall Office XP and SP 3?
