I have installed MS Offiice 2007 Professional and I keep getting an assertion failure

Spell check does not work in any MS office product. I have tried reinstalling twice. I have tried RegCure, this does not fix this problem. I have cleared computer of all large files to clear up memory. I have searched and asked Microsoft for problem fixes, does not work. I have signed up to this website as I thought there was a similar problem, this did not work. Is there anyone who can help me with this?
