.BAT file to delete directories and files older than 2 weeks

I have a directory D:\Backup Data and it contains multiple directories with database backup files and also directories named "yyyy-mm-dd" which contain backup file data.

I need a BAT file to run nightly on my windows 2003 64-bit machine that will not only delete the files older than 2 weeks but also the directories with names older than 2 weeks.

Could anyone help?  Code below is what i use to create the directories.
