Office 2007 keeps loading the configuration process
Almost every time I open one of the Office Enterprise 2007 programs it
starts the configuration process. The only application that it does not seem to do this with is Outlook. Is there a way to stop this process from reoccuring?

Something won't complete in the Config process (obviously, you figured that out). Try this registry hack to fix it. Open the Run dialog box and copy/paste this in:
reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Of
REG_DWORD /d 1
The config process might run one more time, but after that it should be complete.
