Now whenever you try to install using any installer (SBE OEM, Hybrid, Enterprise) they all get stuck at around 60%, when you try to cancel the install, once you forcefully end msiexec.exe it eventually pops up with the message:
Things we have tried so far:
Deleting all temp files
Deleting all files in Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office12
Using Windows Install Clean-up to remove all Office Installers in %installer%
Manually removed any remaining
Attempted to use an Error 1704 Clearing program
Tried multiple installation sources (network, CD, local HDD)
Re-installing Windows Installer

Below that is the error message that is displayed after forcing the MSIexec.exe process to end after the installer hangs.
