excel macro to find and select range between 2 text strings

need macro to find starting text string and ending text string in sheet  and select range between them :

example :
     A           B          C            D(optional)
1  one        two      three        "one"
2  four        five        six         "seven"
3  seven     eight     nine

1string = one
2string=seven     range selected =A1:A3 ,

1string = three
2string=seven     range selected =A1:C3 ,

1string =four
2string=eight     range selected =A2:B3 ,

...

if possible  macro to reed string values from cells , in example above i input 1string in cell D1 and 2 string in D2

one more thing   with this macro  (if not to complicated) , selected range of 2 text strings extend to  rows on right ,

example :
     A           B          C            D(optional)
1  one        two      three        "one"
2  four        five        six         "seven"
3  seven     eight     nine        "+1"

1string = one

rows= +1                range selected =A1:B3 ,

1string = three
2string=seven    
rows= +0               range selected =A1:C3 ,
