MICROSOFT OUTLOOK FORM 2007
I am trying to create a form for our help desk. To ensure that we recieve all the information that is needed for user's issues by using an automated form that would send an email to our helpdesk box. Are there templates with drop down boxes and radio buttons on the internet? Or will I have to design. If so, could you guide me. Thanks
