VLOOKUP Help

I have UserForm1 that has a ComboBox1 on it.  I would like to use a VLOOKUP on the result of the combobox to see if that value already exists anywhere in column D of the current sheet.  If it does to alert with a MsgBox, saying that the entry already exists and End Sub.  If not continue.

Can VLOOKUP do this? -R-
