Hi,

If this happens on a company computer, it may be a group policy applied by your network administrator and  you should address this problem with him.

If the problem is on a personal computer the installation of your Office it may be corrputed. In this case I would recommend reinstall it either by running the setup and selecting the repair option or even better by removing completely and reinstall it again.

Last time I resolve this issue by changing the settings in regsitry or somewhere but now I can't remember it. I found few referance but to add DWARD value but it seems not working. Also I found to change local group policy which makes "Macro Settings" disabled. I tried both ways but it not seems working.
Have you tried modify this key?:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Excel\Security]
"VBAWarnings"=dword:00000001

If the key does not exist, create it.

I create this DWAORD value & close the regedit. Then open the Excel still all "Macro Settings" are grayed out. Please let me know if I need to do anything else.
Could you try from another profile (another user account) on the same computer to see if the problem persist?

Still the same. I think somethings need to change in gpedit.msc settings.

User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Microsoft Excel 2010/Excel Options/Security/Trust Center/Trusted Locations/VBA Macro Notification Settings Enabled

After "User Configuration/Administrative Templates" I don't see any Microsoft Excel 2010/Excel Options/Security/Trust Center/Trusted Locations/

How can I find the rest location?
You don't see that branch because you have to download Office 2010 Administrative Template files and then in the Group Policy console right click on the Administrative Templates and import the corresponding "excel14.adm" file from the ADM\en-us folder resulted from unpacking the downloaded file.

See after tv\weaking the VBA Macro Notification Settings" but be aware the option is in the "Trust Center" branch not "Trust Center/Trusted Locations/"

After User Configuration/Administrative Templates I found "Classic Administrative Templates " and then all the way upto /Microsoft Excel 2010/Excel Options/Security/Trust Center/VBA Macro Notification Settings and make it "Enabled" to VBA Macro Notification Settings then open the excel still it's all grayed out.

Haven't said that before "VBA Macro Notification Settings" was "Not Configured". I make it enabled but still all macro settings are grayed out in excel.
