There is no option in COM add-ins and there is no option for Powerview on insert tab.
The version we are running is;
Mic. Excel 2013 (15.0.4551.1510) MSO (15.0.4551.1508) 32-bit
Part of Mic. Office 365 ProPlus

What COM add-ins do you see? Also, when you click File, Account, you should see an Update button there. Running the update will give you the latest bits of the build. Note between now and one month from now you will be getting service pack 1, as it was released two days ago.

That was the solution to fix the issue
To install Power View, follow these instructions: http://www.excel2013.info/powerview/
Download Power Pivot: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/bi/powerpivot.aspx (you may want to check the COM add-ins as well for this, I don't remember if it comes already installed in the ProPlus or not).
You should already see the Power View button on the INSERT tab though. Do you not see it? If not, what version are you running? (To check version go to File, Account, About Excel, tell us the numbers are the top.)
You don't have to reinstall all of Office though.
