Envelope options reset to none desired results

In Microsoft Word 2007, if you go to the "Envelopes and Labels" and click on "Options..." it will bring up Envelope Options. Under the "Return address" i adjust the "From left:" and "From top:" and print my envolope however if i got back into here, it resets to the default settings. I need it to remember the values that i want.Start Free Trial
