Question

Vapor Lock - { NUMPAGES }

I seem to be having a problem with { NUMPAGES }.
In the Header section (it is the same through all pages) the number is correct (view is Print Layout), when I print it is incorrect instead of 1 of 20 (in print view) it prints 1 of 1, 2 of 2 etc.

More points for the code to make sure this doesn't happen again. I use VB 6 with SP6.

Word 2000, Win98SE

You need to be apply SR1 (or later) to Office.
The patch status of VB6 is irrelevant.

I was under the impression that it was an internal option, I had had this problem earlier and fixed it by turning on/off options, I couldn't remember which one, as none worked this time. That was why I requested code if applicable.

The patches (SP1-3) fixed my problems. Now I can tell my users they need to install the patch(s) not me for a change :). I looked for a day trying to find something on this, not the right places huh. I appreciate your time and effort on this, this has been causing a lot of greif for me - but not no more :)
