Track changes on when save doc, off when retrieved

Executive user had Word 2000 on previous laptop, has Word 2002 now.

User claims that under Word 2000 when he saved a document with Track Changes turned on, it would still be turned on when he re-opened the document.  Now, with Word 2002, track changes is off when document re-opened.

He probably has "FINAL" selected or the track changes button on the tool bar isn't selected.  Tell him to click on the track changes button on his toolbar and if it's already selected, go to the drop down and change Final to Final Showing Markup.  Make any changes, save and close the document.  Upon reopening, track changes will stay active until he changes it back to Final.
