I just tried it. It works but it inserts ALL pages frm the .doc into 1 slide in PPT.

in your word doc hit alt+f11, this opens the vbe. here select module form the insert menu and paste the code below. close the vbe window. back in word hit alt+f8 select pptastext and click on run. you should allow macros to execute in your macro security settings (alt+t m s) also try this link http:Q_20924903.html

From within Powerpoint, would Insert...Object...Create From File, and selecting the Word document work for what you are trying to accomplish?
