Word Mail Merge - Format Switches
Hello,
I'm not too familiar with Mail Merge in Word, but from what I can tell there is a way to format the mail merge fields.
I need to format two fields. One as a dollar amount and the other as a percentage.
When I do the Toggle Fields it looks like this:
{MergeField "rate"} - this one I need to appear as 13.500% for example. Right now it looks like .13500000000000
{MergeField "amount"} - this one I need to appear as $35,400.00 for example. Right now it's 35400.
Any thoughts/help that can be offered would be appriciated.
