Can i recover a document after i didn't save it and close it?

I was typing a document and after some time i pressed the close button and than it prompted me to save my work but by mistake i pressed no. Is there a way how i can get my work back after the last save? The temporarly file will go after closing the document and i don't know if there's another way how i can get the rest of the document back.

I am running on Microsoft Office Word 2003Start Free Trial
