Performance Data for Word 2007

Hello Experts,
I'm trying to find an easy way to measure some performance metrics for Word 2007. Metrics like: ribbon loading, switching tabs, drop down a combo/gallery with large number of items, etc. Do you have any recommendation? Do you know if this information may be already published somewhere in the Internet?
